Warranty Policy

1-YEAR MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY

Every Lynore & Co piece is backed by a 1-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects in our sterling silver 925 jewelry.

WHAT IS COVERED

Clasps, lobster clasps, or closures that fail under normal use, stones that fall out without impact or accidental damage, settings or prongs that fail under normal wear, structural defects in the silver that were not caused by an accident, earring posts or backs that fail under normal use.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

Natural oxidation and tarnishing of sterling silver over time, accidental damage including crushing, bending, or impact, loss or theft, normal surface wear and minor scratches over time, damage caused by chemicals including perfume, bleach, chlorine, or saltwater, damage resulting from improper storage or lack of care.

A NOTE ON STERLING SILVER TARNISHING

Sterling silver 925 naturally oxidizes over time when exposed to air, moisture, and skin. This is a natural property of the metal and is not a manufacturing defect. Regular cleaning with a soft silver polishing cloth will restore your piece to its original shine. Please see our care guide on the FAQ page for full instructions.

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM

Email contact@lynoreandco.com with your order number and 3 to 4 clear photos of the defect. We will review your claim within 24 hours and ship your replacement within 48 hours of approval. You are not required to return the original item.

DAMAGE ON ARRIVAL

If your jewelry arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with 3 to 4 photos. This is handled separately from the manufacturer's warranty but with the same commitment, we replace it within 48 hours of confirmation.

ABUSE PREVENTION

Lynore & Co monitors warranty and return patterns. Accounts showing atypical or excessive claim behavior, including repeated claims without photographic evidence or claims for natural tarnishing as defects, may have future claims reviewed more carefully or refused, in accordance with our Terms of Service.

GEOGRAPHIC SCOPE

This warranty applies to all purchases made on lynoreandco.com regardless of country of residence, and is in addition to any statutory rights provided by applicable local law. Customers in France and the EU also benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity under French law (Articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) for a period of 2 years from delivery.
