30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return it for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, and in its original Lynore & Co packaging. You will need your order confirmation email as proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at contact@lynoreandco.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we will send you the return address and instructions within 24 hours. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Items not eligible for return: items purchased at a discount of 30% or more, items showing signs of wear or alteration, gift cards.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@lynoreandco.com with your order number and 3 to 4 clear photos of the issue. We will send a replacement within 48 hours of confirmation. No return required.
1-YEAR MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY
All Lynore & Co jewelry is covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects, including clasps or closures that fail under normal use, stones that fall out without impact, settings that fail under normal wear, and structural defects in the silver that were not caused by an accident.
To make a warranty claim, email contact@lynoreandco.com with your order number and 3 to 4 clear photos of the defect. We will review and ship a replacement within 48 hours of approval. No return of the original item is required.
Please note: natural oxidation and tarnishing of sterling silver 925 over time is not a manufacturing defect and is not covered by this warranty. Regular cleaning with a soft silver polishing cloth will restore your piece to its original shine.
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, loss, theft, normal wear over time, or tarnishing caused by exposure to chemicals including perfume, bleach, chlorine, or saltwater.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to get a different item is to return your current order and place a new order separately.
EUROPEAN UNION — 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be unworn, unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Our 30-day policy already exceeds this legal requirement.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at contact@lynoreandco.com.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases where the product is defective, damaged on arrival, or where we have shipped the wrong item. In these specific cases, we will cover the return shipping costs after verification by our customer service team.
For all other return reasons (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fees and for ensuring the item arrives back to us in its original condition. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.
Return Shipping Costs — Clear Notice
Return shipping costs are entirely at the buyer's expense, except in the following cases where we cover the return shipping:
- The product arrived defective or damaged
- We shipped the wrong item by mistake
- The product does not match the description on our website
For all other return reasons (change of mind, wrong size selected by the buyer, no longer wanted, etc.), the buyer pays for the return shipping fees and is responsible for ensuring the item arrives back to us in its original condition. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service — we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.
